Diagnostic and Repairs

Price: $130 per on-site hour + $1/mile round-trip travel

Typical work:

  • Appliance diagnostics & repair (AC, furnace, water heater, fridge, etc.)

  • Covers, vents, latches, and interior/exterior fixtures

  • Roof and edge sealing / leak checks

  • Presale inspections and safety checks

Good to know:

  • Parts and materials billed separately.

  • Most same-day issues are diagnosed within the first hour.

  • You’ll get clear findings and options before additional work proceeds.

Seasonal Services

Winterization — $130 flat

  • Pump non-toxic RV antifreeze through water lines & traps

  • Clear/prepare fresh-water system

  • Close slideouts and disconnect batteries

  • Minor roof/upper-body visual inspection for major issues

Spring Start-Up — $170 flat

  • Fill and pressurize fresh-water system; check for leaks

  • Test 12-volt and 110-volt systems and all major appliances

  • Inspect roof, propane system, and water systems for function and safety

  • Ready for “walk-in and use” on day one

Complete Seasonal Package — $350

  • Includes Winterization + Spring Start-Up + Mid-Summer inspection/maintenance

  • Mid-summer: 45 minutes of labor plus a free trip charge toward any servi

Notes:

  • Parts/materials (sealants, fittings, components) billed separately when used.

  • If additional repairs are recommended, you’ll receive options and estimates before work proceeds.

Construction and Remodel

Starting rate: $130/hr + $1/mile round-trip travel

How pricing works: Request a quote—larger jobs (4+ hours and/or higher-cost components) are priced by written quote. Once accepted, the agreed quote is the price. Discounts may apply based on scope and duration.

  • Slide systems (structural & mechanical corrections)

  • Window/door replacements and resealing

  • Major appliance installations and upgrades

  • Interior remodels and layout improvements
